Phase 1 Planning & Design
December 2022 (Q4 2022)
Phase I considers full preparation of the product documents to be developed. It contains next list of documents and media:
- Product Overview
- Product concept A/B testing
- Product Specification
- Business Requirements Definition
- Functional Prototypes & Mockups
- UI/UX Design
- Backlog formation
- Definition of Done
- Estimation and Development Schedule
Phase 2 R&D
November 2023 (Q4 2023)
This phase represents the development and delivery process. In general it is considered to split it on 2 sub phases those represent two big parts:
- sub phase - R&D of Authorization, Onboarding and Integrations modules, as the platform relies on a great amount of data, so the accuracy and integrity of the data set is the most important part. Duration (up to 3 months)
- sub phase - R&D of Reports, IMM, Target KPI, Rewards and Ranking Modules that form the basis of the product. Duration (2-3 months)
Phase 3 Alpha Testing
January 2024 (Q1 2024)
Phase III represents the real use of the prepared MVP version within the focus-group that provides feedback to the Development team to tweak and polish the end product before the Go-to-market phase.
That implies the real projects start using the product in their routine to get the first results and provide end-customer perspective feedback.
Phase 4 MVP
April 2024 (Q2 2024)
After successful completion of Phase III there will be a preparation to the last phase - official release to the market.
It means the production will be running and opened to the public together with marketing and sales campaigns officially started.
